This is a beautiful machine and I regret by being taken in by its looks. I wish I could return it but I had it shipped to Seattle before Christmas and didn't use it until I moved there. I missed the deadline. I gave away my "ugly duckling" Omega because the auger kept having to be replaced. Omega did replace the first one even though it was out of warranty for it.
Pros: Seems to make ok amount of juice (I don't see a difference between the two machines--Omega vs. Kuvings)
Looks really nice
Cons: Not as quiet as I thought
Lots of pulp in the juice
Screen takes a while to clean
Jams a lot
Most of all the part where the pulp comes out cannot be cleaned totally. There is carrot pulp stuck in there which I can't get out
If I could I would make Goodwill give my Omega back and I would trade them this machine!
